BOOKING POLICIES

    1. All bookings require a full payment upfront that is due within 24 hours after you receive an invoice, unless otherwise stated in deal memo/ contract. Once I receive your payment, you will then receive a booking confirmation listing all of your appointment details. Please be aware that only up to 50% of your full payment will be refunded if eligible, see “rescheduling | cancellations | refunds” section below for details.

    2. Late invoice payments will accrue an additional $50/day charge in addition to the original fully invoiced amount.

    3. All payments are strictly non-transferable

    4. Please note that dates are not held by inquiries.

    1. Please make sure all of the details for your appointment is confirmed before proceeding to book as rescheduling is subject to availability. If I am unavailable on the requested rescheduled date and we can find no resolution to reschedule within 90 days of the originally scheduled date, then the appointment will be considered canceled by you the client and there will be no refund.

    2. Notice for cancellation/rescheduling should be made 30 days before the start date of production or 72 hours before your appointment via email. Confirmed and updated details should be provided along with the notice. Any changes made to previous booking regarding the location is to be charged accordingly.

    3. If you cancel your appointment for my services before or during the 30 day/ 72 hour timeframe, you will be refunded 50% of your payment. However, if you cancel after that timeframe, no refund will be given.

    4. Full refunds are strictly reserved for cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances happening to me as your vendor.

    1. For production projects and on site appointments, I will arrive at the location 15 minutes before the confirmed time to set up my kit and will be responsible to finish on time per the agreed schedule.

    2. Please arrive and be ready for your appointment on time as late arrival will result in rushed services. I have a grace period of 20 minutes, failure to show up within that time will be considered as a no show and 100% of your payment would be considered as a no show fee.

    1. I value and respect your privacy and comfort. On the booking form, you can check the box on whether or not you feel comfortable to have your pictures taken an shared.

    2. You understand that when you agree to do so, all photos and/or videos taken during your appointment are subject to be posted, shared, and used as my portfolio and for marketing purposes across all of my social media platforms and website.
